Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- formal training or certification in pastry arts preferred
- minimum of 3 years experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen
- ability to work early mornings and weekends
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- physical stamina for standing and lifting
