Job Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of commercial pastry experience
  • Laminated dough and viennoiserie experience strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team
  • Creative and detail-oriented approach to work
  • Reliable for early morning operations typically 6-7am starts
  • Comfortable owning a program in a small business environment
  • Ability to mentor and train team members

Job Duties

  • Own and lead the full pastry program including cookies, brownies, quiches, seasonal desserts, and more
  • Produce and oversee viennoiserie including croissants, danishes, and laminated doughs
  • Manage production schedules, prep lists, and inventory to support retail and wholesale demand
  • Train, mentor, and develop pastry team members
  • Drive seasonal menu development and new product creation
  • Maintain and uphold quality and consistency standards across all pastry items
  • Collaborate with bread and kitchen teams on special projects and seasonal offerings
