We are currently seeking a dedicated Pastry Chef to join our passionate team. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous bakery or pastry chef experience preferred
  • Ability to work early morning shifts
  • Ability to handle fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a baker pastry chef or in a similar role is preferred
  • Ability to use professional-grade kitchen appliances and equipment
  • Knowledge of gluten-free baking sugar-free baking and other ingredient limitations
  • Knowledge of food safety practices
  • Previous experience decorating cakes
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Team player with strong leadership skills
  • Available for early morning shifts

Job Duties

  • Prepare a variety of desserts and sweets including cakes pies cookies breads and pastries
  • Develop new and innovative recipes
  • Decorate cakes and baked goods
  • Clean and sanitize equipment and baking areas
  • Prepare custom orders
  • Track maintain and order inventory as necessary
  • Supervise pastry assistants and bakers
