  • strong hand-pie and bread-making skills
  • ability to work independently and manage a small team

  • availability to work night shifts and meet production demands

Job Duties

  • Operate and maintain a dough sheeter with precision and efficiency
  • prepare and bake a variety of breads, hand pies, and cakes
  • follow established recipes and ensure consistent product quality
  • maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
  • oversee production timelines to ensure all items are ready as scheduled
  • train and supervise the assistant baker as needed
