An essential aspect of the role is supervising and guiding hourly kitchen and pastry associates. This involves interviewing candidates, scheduling shifts, managing payroll, providing training, offering counseling, participating in performance reviews, and recommending disciplinary actions when necessary. You will collaborate in planning and implementing seasonal menus that align with current food trends and customer preferences. Additionally, you will be responsible for ordering and maintaining an adequate inventory of pastry supplies, ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently.
