Job Duties

Monitor and maintain quality of all product and presentation
Oversee all aspects of the daily operation of pastry production areas
Receive, check and properly store all incoming product
Know and comply with all sanitation standards
Schedule pastry and bread production based on business needs and communicate to staff
Prepare reports as needed - including payroll and scheduling
Review vendor pricing structures and adjust product as needed
Operate, teach and supervise safe operation of all appliances and equipment
Handle conflict resolution of guests and staff as needed
