Job Requirements
- Food safety certification
- Prior baker experience preferred
- Knowledge of baking procedures and sanitation regulations
- Basic math skills
- Strong communication skills
- Physical capability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for long durations
- Willingness to wear uniforms and PPE as required
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience as a baker or in a similar role
- Knowledge of baking procedures, criteria, and sanitation compliance
- Food safety certification
- Proficiency in basic math operations and numerical counting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing for long periods
- Experience using specific uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE)
Job Duties
- Create baked goods according to production guidelines and standardized recipes
- Arrange work area with all essential ingredients and tools needed for baking
- Quantify, weigh, blend, and chop ingredients to prepare them correctly
- Handle baking instruments such as ovens, stoves, and mixers
- Use utensils safely and effectively during meal preparation
- Observe food safety protocols for proper storage of goods
- Clean and disinfect workspaces, tools, and utensils to maintain hygiene
- Uphold positive attitude and deliver exceptional customer service
- Implement Aramark safety procedures adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Guarantee safety of corporate resources by following security protocols
