- 1+ year of professional baking experience
- ability to work early mornings
- physical ability to handle large bags of flour and stand for long periods
- attention to detail with measurements and timing
- reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications
- 1+ year of professional baking experience
- experience in high-volume or specialty bakery preferred

Job Duties
- Execute daily bakes of croissants, sourdoughs, brioche, and seasonal pastries to the Pastry Chef's exact specifications
- master the timing and rotation of deck and convection ovens to ensure perfect crumb and crust
- monitor and manage starters and proofing cycles adjusting for humidity and temperature
- prepare fillings, glazes, and washes for the morning bake
- ensure bakery station is clean and reset for the next shift
- maintain consistent appearance and taste of all baked goods
- adhere to recipe and process standards to achieve high-quality results
