Job Requirements
- Education or certification in baking or food safety
- Proven experience in a baking or culinary role
- Knowledge of food safety standards and baking regulations
- Ability to work safely with kitchen tools and equipment
- Strong physical fitness to perform lifting, bending, pushing, and prolonged standing
- Willingness to comply with PPE and uniform requirements
- Effective communication skills
- Commitment to following safety and sanitation protocols

- Background in baking or a similar role
- Sound understanding of baking practices, norms, and regulations for ensuring food safety
- Mandatory certification for securing food safety
- Fundamental abilities in mathematics and counting
- Strong interpersonal and communication competencies
- Physical capacity for lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and prolonged walking or standing
- Adherence to uniform and PPE guidelines
Job Duties
- Use standardized recipes and production guidelines to prepare a range of baked goods
- Get your baking station ready with all the necessary tools and ingredients
- Arrange the elements through measuring, weighing, blending, dicing, and other necessary tasks
- Utilize baking appliances such as ovens, cooktops, and mixers
- Follow safety guidelines when using kitchen utensils, particularly knives, during food prep
- Ensure that food is stored correctly by following established policies and procedures
- Properly clean and sanitize workspaces, tools, and utensils once they have been used
