Job Requirements
- Education or training in baking or culinary arts
- Experience in a baking or food preparation role
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Food safety certification
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to following safety protocols
- Compliance with uniform and personal protective equipment guidelines
Job Qualifications
- Background in baking or a similar role
- Sound understanding of baking practices, norms, and regulations for ensuring food safety
- Certification for securing food safety certification(s)
- Fundamental abilities in mathematics and counting
- Strong interpersonal and communication competencies through both written and verbal means
