We are currently seeking an Artisan Pastry Baker to join Easy Tiger’s dedicated team. This hourly, non-exempt role reports directly to the Pastry Lead Baker and involves hands-on work in creating a variety of laminated pastries and doughs. The Artisan Pastry Baker will be responsible for producing croissants, Danish pastries, cinnamon knots, and other specialty items that uphold the bakery’s reputation for excellence. The position requires a strong work ethic, an eye for detail, and the ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen environment. The role also involves physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy ingredients and standing for long periods.
