Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year of professional baking experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work four 10-hour shifts per week including one weekend day
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand and be active for the duration of the shift
  • Ability to lift, twist, squat, and reach
  • Passion for baking
  • Commitment to maintaining a respectful and inclusive work environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of professional baking experience preferred

  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredient handling
  • Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards

  • Excellent attention to detail and consistency in product quality

Job Duties

  • Prepare baked goods from scratch including cookies, sweet and savory pies, brownies, and muffins
  • Bake and package products consistently for quality control
  • Follow efficient techniques for high-volume kitchen production
  • Maintain industry-specific safety and sanitation standards
  • Participate in cleaning activities including weekly and monthly deep cleaning
  • Collaborate with pastry team members to meet production goals
  • Assist in inventory management and ingredient preparation
