Job Requirements

Be able to work 10 hour shifts
Able to lift 50lb
Must be available to work nights weekends and holidays
Punctual and disciplined to maintain optimal work environment
Able to follow instructions and recipes accurately
Confident in pastry techniques and skills

Job Qualifications

Minimum 1 years in pastry kitchen
Culinary degree in pastry
Knowledge of high volume or banquet service
Be able to work in pressurized environment and remain calm

Job Duties

Create and prepare all pastry items needed for service including cakes fillings scones sauces ice creams and banquet production
Plate desserts attractively for service
Carefully follow exact recipes
Responsible for weekly bakery inventory and rotating food supplies on hand
Maintain a clean and sanitary bakery
Cover all plating shifts as needed for call outs and vacations
