Job Duties
- Bake and finish pastries according to the daily production sheet
- mix and prepare pastry according to company recipes and standards
- safely operate mixers, cookie machine, and sheeter
- fill out the operations book as required
- maintain La Segunda's high standards for product quality
- communicate with baking team to ensure showcases are properly stocked
- ensure pastries are fresh and remove items past their due date
- abide by health department requirements and maintain a clean work area
- complete assigned cleanup tasks at shift conclusion
- assist with other duties as assigned by Pastry Supervisor or General Manager
