You'll be working closely with the kitchen team to support line checks, complete prep sheets, and maintain cleanliness and food safety protocols for your station, which includes handling cutting boards, knives, and equipment safely.

This full-time or part-time opportunity offers competitive compensation ranging from $16.94 to $21.94 per hour, depending on experience. Job Duties

  • Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
  • Assure timely and accurate preparation of pastas, sandwiches, and grilled items
  • Support the line checks process and complete prep par sheets each shift
  • Prepare all necessary items for their station as needed
  • Practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, counter tops, knives, and equipment
  • Maintain the proper temperature of equipment
  • Perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
