In this role, Pasta Cooks support the overall kitchen operations by completing line checks, preparing prep sheets each shift, and maintaining station cleanliness and organization. - support line checks process and complete prep par sheets every shift
- prepare all necessary items for station as needed
- practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives, and equipment
- maintain proper temperature of equipment
- perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
