- Proven experience as a pastry cook or baker in a fine dining or high-volume environment
- Ability to execute precise baking and plating techniques
- Strong communication skills
- Understanding of sanitation and safety standards

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

- Proven experience as a pastry cook or baker in a fine dining or high-volume environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in high-volume production of desserts, pastries, and baking techniques
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Execute preparation and plating of all dessert items and baked goods according to recipes and plating specifications
- Maintain quality control over all dessert portions, presentation, and preparation techniques
- Prepare, set up, and maintain a clean and organized pastry station for all service periods
- Adhere to sanitation control, safety standards, and inventory best practices
- Assist culinary leadership team as directed
- Work efficiently on the line during service
- Communicate clearly with back and front of house teams for timely dish delivery
