As an exciting addition to our opening team, we are searching for a highly skilled and dedicated Pastry Cook. This essential role centers on the creation and execution of all dessert and baked goods, contributing significantly to the restaurant's overall culinary excellence. The Pastry Cook’s responsibilities include meticulous preparation and plating of all dessert items, careful adherence to recipes, and maintaining consistency in portion control and presentation. Job Duties

  • Execute preparation and plating of all dessert items and baked goods according to recipes and plating specifications
  • Maintain quality control over all dessert portions, presentation, and preparation techniques
  • Prepare, set up, and maintain a clean and organized pastry station for all service periods
  • Adhere to sanitation control, safety standards, and inventory best practices
  • Assist culinary leadership team as directed
  • Work efficiently on the line during service
