Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights

Job Qualifications

Proven experience as a pasta cook or similar culinary role
Knowledge of pasta cooking techniques and presentation
Familiarity with kitchen safety and sanitation standards
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

Ability to effectively cook and present all items on the menu in a timely manner
Complete assigned prep list
efficiently run your station during the shift
stock food as needed
Exercise good safety, sanitation and organizational skills
Collaborate with all members of the BOH staff
