Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to follow instructions carefully
- ability to handle physical activity involved in walking and distributing flyers
- own or have access to transportation for assigned area
- comply with local regulations and business requests
- ability to use a smartphone or camera to take photos for documentation
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to engage positively with diverse groups of people
- experience in customer service or promotional roles preferred
- basic knowledge of live music scenes or interest in music is a plus
- ability to work independently and responsibly
- reliable and punctual work ethic
- comfortable with walking and standing for extended periods
Job Duties
- Arrive on time and check in with assigned contact
- dress clean, casual, and professional
- pick up flyers and promo cards or confirm receipt
- visit recommended and additional locations in assigned area
- politely ask permission before placing flyers
- place flyers only on approved bulletin boards, counters, windows, or designated areas
- avoid placing flyers on private property or restricted areas
- hand promo cards directly to interested people using a scripted message
- take clear photos of flyer placement and coverage areas
- return to StageSync contact after completion for feedback or further opportunities
