The role of Flyer Distributor at StageSync is a vital ambassador position tasked with promoting the new platform through direct outreach and flyer distribution in your assigned local area. As a Flyer Distributor, you will hand out flyers and promotional cards to musicians, venues, music fans, bars, restaurants, coffee shops, music stores, rehearsal studios, event spaces, and community bulletin boards. This role is essential for building awareness and generating excitement about StageSync's innovative platform. Your efforts will directly contribute to growing the user base of musicians looking for gigs, venues seeking live performances, and fans who enjoy live music.
You will be the friendly face representing StageSync, engaging with a range of people connected to music and live events. The job requires excellent communication skills and a respectful approach, as you will be interacting with business owners, musicians, DJs, event planners, and community members. It is important to follow specific instructions on where and how to place flyers, always obtaining permission from business owners and adhering strictly to local regulations and private property rules.
Your daily activities will include arriving on time, dressing cleanly and professionally yet comfortably for walking, picking up promo materials, and visiting recommended locations plus any additional spots you think will help spread the word about StageSync. You will politely request permission to display flyers at approved bulletin boards, counters, windows, or designated advertising areas. You will also hand promo cards directly to interested individuals, using a clear and concise script to explain the benefits of StageSync and sharing the website for more information.
Photographic documentation is part of the role, as you’ll be required to take clear photos showing where the flyers have been placed and the areas covered during your distribution rounds. Upon completion, you will check back in with your StageSync contact to potentially receive more paid work opportunities or engage in broader ambassador programs.
The compensation for this role offers flexibility and choice. You can opt for a straightforward payment of $20 per hour or participate in an Ambassador Program where commissions are earned through distributing custom QR-coded flyers. This approach encourages a results-driven method, rewarding your efforts in spreading the StageSync platform.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to follow instructions carefully
- ability to handle physical activity involved in walking and distributing flyers
- own or have access to transportation for assigned area
- comply with local regulations and business requests
- ability to use a smartphone or camera to take photos for documentation
