This job opportunity is for flyer distributors who will represent StageSync on the ground, helping raise awareness and promote the brand in various locations relevant to live music and nightlife. Your primary role will be to actively distribute flyers and promotional cards to targeted audiences such as musicians, venues, music enthusiasts, and local establishments like restaurants, bars, coffee shops, music stores, rehearsal studios, and community bulletin boards. The goal is to generate interest and engagement within the community, driving traffic and user adoption to the StageSync platform.
As a flyer distributor, you will act as a key ambassador for StageSync, servicing specific geographic areas by visiting recommended locations plus identifying additional high-potential spots. Your responsibilities will include respectfully placing flyers in approved locations and handing out promotional cards directly to interested individuals in a polite and professional manner. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills to approach potential users and explain the platform's benefits with a friendly and genuine attitude. You will be equipped with clear instructions and a short script to effectively communicate the value of StageSync while never pressuring recipients.
Flexibility is a key aspect of this role, as you may select the payment method that suits you best — either earning a fixed hourly rate or joining the Ambassador Program to earn a commission through custom QR-coded flyers. This allows you to customize your involvement based on your preferences and capabilities. Additionally, this role encourages independence and initiative, empowering you to strategize the best ways to promote StageSync within your assigned area.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in promotion or flyer distribution preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Comfortable walking for extended periods
- Willingness to interact politely and professionally with the public
- Ability to take and submit clear photos of flyer placement

Job Duties
- Arrive on time and check in with the assigned contact if listed
- Dress clean, casual, and professional
- Pick up flyers or confirm receipt before starting
- Visit recommended locations plus additional high-potential spots
- Politely ask permission before placing flyers inside businesses
- Place flyers only on approved bulletin boards, counters, windows, or designated areas
- Avoid taping flyers to private property, vehicles, street signs, poles, mailboxes, or restricted areas
- Hand promo cards directly to musicians, DJs, venue staff, event planners, and live music attendees
- Use a friendly script to explain StageSync's platform benefits
- Be respectful, friendly, and never pressure anyone
- Take clear photos showing where flyers were placed and areas covered
- Return to contact after completing assignments
- Follow local rules and business requests
- Do not block sidewalks, entrances, traffic, or business operations
