Job Requirements
- Must be at least fifteen (15) years of age
- Must be able to work in the U.S.
- Ability to interact courteously with customers
- Ability to learn and follow safety and sanitation procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least fifteen (15) years of age

- Good communication skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to handle cash transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Job Duties
- Ability to interact with customers: receive orders, process payment, respond appropriately to customer issues
- Preparation of products as ordered by customers
- Uncompromising standards in maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Unloading and stocking required
- Ability to operate cash register or point of sale terminal, as needed
- Setting up party areas
- Attending to guests and ensuring birthday child enjoyment
