Job Requirements

Must be at least fifteen years of age
Must be able to work legally in the U.S.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
Basic math and cash handling skills
Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

Must be at least fifteen years of age
Ability to interact with customers effectively
Basic knowledge of cash handling
Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
Team-oriented with strong communication skills
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus

Job Duties

Interact with customers by receiving orders, processing payments, and responding to customer issues
Prepare products as ordered by customers
Maintain clean and safe work environment with uncompromising standards
Unload and stock supplies as required
Operate cash register or point of sale terminal as needed
Set up party areas including tables and decorations
Ensure the birthday child and guests have an enjoyable experience
