Party Hosts are central to the customer experience, responsible for energizing every event by preparing party areas, setting up tables, taking orders, attending to guests, and ensuring the birthday child enjoys a memorable celebration. This role emphasizes excellent customer service, teamwork, and an enthusiastic personality, offering employees opportunities for cross-training in multiple positions and career advancement, with over 60 percent of managers promoted from within.
The compensation for the Party Host position ranges from $12.00 to $15.00 per hour, with the benefit of Chuck E. Cheese's unique "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, which provides employees access to their earned wages without waiting between paychecks. Employees also enjoy a 50 percent discount on meals during shifts, flexible scheduling options, scholarship programs, and access to various perks and discounts.
