This role focuses on hiring Party Hosts who are essential to keeping events lively and fun by preparing party areas, taking orders, attending to guests' needs, and ensuring the birthday child enjoys a memorable experience. As a Party Host, you will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires energy, enthusiasm, and excellent customer service skills. You will be performing various physical activities including standing, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and interacting effectively with guests and team members amid flashing lights, mechanical sounds, and sometimes loud noises. CEC Entertainment recognizes the importance of compensation and offers competitive hourly wages ranging from $17.79 to $18.79 for this position, alongside a commission program designed to reward sales of memberships and Fun Passes. Commission payouts occur bi-weekly, providing employees with immediate financial incentives.
