As a Party Host, you will play a key role in managing parties by setting up tables, taking orders, attending to guests, and ensuring the birthday child and their guests have a fantastic time. The position offers commission-based earning potential, with commissions ranging from $0.50 to $10.00 for memberships sold and $0.15 to $3.00 for each Fun Pass sold for exempt employees, while non-exempt employees can earn from $2.00 to $8.00 for memberships and $0.60 to $2.40 for Fun Passes. These commissions are paid bi-weekly, offering timely compensation to motivate and reward team members. Additionally, Chuck E. Cheese has implemented a "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program that allows employees access to earned wages quickly, enhancing financial flexibility.

Party Hosts must be energetic, enthusiastic, and possess excellent customer service skills. The role requires physical ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds, and to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat throughout the shift. The work environment features flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises, reflecting the lively atmosphere typical of an entertainment dining venue. The ability to manage job stress while interacting effectively with both guests and co-workers is essential.
