The role demands an energetic and enthusiastic personality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, sensory-rich environment featuring flashing lights and lively sounds. Physical activity is also a part of the job, requiring the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the shift. Chuck E. Cheese is committed to accommodating individuals with disabilities and maintaining high health and sanitation standards to ensure the safety and well-being of employees and guests alike.

Beyond the dynamic work culture, employees benefit from a comprehensive package including access to telemedicine, early wage access, a 401(k) retirement plan, meal discounts, employee assistance programs, tuition savings, and scholarships. Part-time employees may opt into fixed indemnity medical coverage along with dental and vision plans, while full-time employees have access to more extensive healthcare benefits, paid time off, and life and disability insurance.
