The company culture fosters diversity and inclusion and prioritizes employee well-being while driving business excellence. Chuck E. Through initiatives like Kid Check® and extensive philanthropic efforts amounting to more than $24 million donated to schools and nonprofits, CEC Entertainment exemplifies a strong commitment to community and safety.
Now Hiring Party Hosts at Chuck E. Cheese – This exciting role puts candidates at the heart of the fun by ensuring every birthday party and event is memorable and enjoyable. Party Hosts are responsible for preparing the party areas, setting up tables, taking orders, attentively serving guests, and, most importantly, making sure the birthday child has an unforgettable experience. This position offers fantastic opportunities for first-time job seekers, teens, or those looking to build a lasting career in the hospitality and entertainment industry. CEC Entertainment empowers its Cast Members through comprehensive cross-training, enabling them to deliver excellent service across various positions and paving a clear path for upward mobility. In fact, over 60% of managers have been promoted from within the company.
In addition to a vibrant and inclusive work environment, Chuck E. Cheese offers competitive compensation including commission-based earnings that reward membership and Fun Pass sales, paid bi-weekly in compliance with state laws. Their "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program provides financial flexibility by giving employees early access to earned wages.
Party Hosts at Chuck E. Cheese must have an energetic and enthusiastic personality, exhibit excellent customer service skills, and be able to work various shifts. This physically active job requires standing, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, pushing, pulling, and walking throughout scheduled shifts. The work environment may include flashing lights, mechanical parts, and loud noises, and employees should be able to manage job stress while interacting effectively with guests and team members.
CEC Entertainment also offers a wide range of comprehensive employee benefits to support its workforce nationwide. All employees have access to telemedicine services, early wage access, 401(k) retirement plans, employee meal discounts, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), tuition savings, scholarships, and financial relief resources. Full-time employees averaging 29.5 or more hours per week are eligible for extensive medical, dental, and vision coverage; paid sick and vacation time; paid holidays where applicable; Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) options; life and disability insurance; legal coverage; and additional education and student loan support.
CEC Entertainment values diversity, equity, and inclusion, encouraging applicants of all backgrounds and identities to join their team. They are committed to providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions, ensuring an accessible workplace for all.
