Cheese also features the innovative "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, allowing employees to access earned wages before the standard payroll cycle, which supports financial flexibility.

The work environment for Party Hosts is vibrant and dynamic, involving physical activity such as lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, walking, and squatting throughout shifts. The atmosphere includes flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and lively noise levels typical of an active entertainment venue. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively manage stress and interact positively with guests and teammates are essential for success. Safety is a top priority at CEC, with strict health and sanitation standards designed to exceed local requirements, ensuring the well-being of both employees and guests.

All employees have access to telemedicine services, early wage access, a 401(k) retirement plan, employee meal discounts, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), tuition savings, scholarships, and various financial relief resources. Part-time employees may also opt into fixed indemnity medical coverage, dental, vision, and voluntary life and short-term disability benefits. Full-time employees working an average of 29.5 hours or more per week are eligible for extensive health coverage, paid sick and vacation time, paid holidays, Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) options, life and disability insurance, legal coverage, and additional education and student loan support. CEC is committed to fair labor practices by offering paid sick leave compliant with state and local laws, ensuring every employee is treated with respect and dignity.
