Peter Piper Pizza, another division of CEC, offers a neighborhood pizzeria experience that combines quality food, engaging entertainment, and lifelong memories. Fun is integral to its mission, expressed through the slogan "The Fun is Baked In." Both brands champion physical wellness and motor skills development in children through various attractions and activities.
CEC Entertainment fosters a diverse and inclusive culture, celebrating fun and play to connect families everywhere. The company offers competitive benefits that include medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan for eligible U.S. employees. Employment opportunities here come with chances for training, career growth, and unique benefits like the "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, which enables employees to access earned wages without waiting for traditional paydays.
The Party Host role at Chuck E. Cheese is a pivotal position responsible for elevating the guest experience by preparing party areas, taking orders, attending to guests, and ensuring that the birthday child and guests have an unforgettable celebration. This role demands an energetic and enthusiastic personality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work various shifts. Party Hosts engage guests in a fun and lively environment characterized by music, games, and social interaction, while also managing essential physical tasks such as lifting and setting up party equipment.
Working at Chuck E. Cheese is ideal for first-time job seekers or individuals seeking to advance their careers in a dynamic, vibrant setting. The company promotes from within, as evidenced by over 60% of its managers being internally promoted. Employees benefit from a positive environment that values teamwork, fun, and personal development, combined with rigorous health and sanitation standards to ensure a safe workplace.
In this role, Party Hosts must also comply with certain physical requirements, such as the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform activities including standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, walking, and squatting. The work environment features flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises, which require hosts to manage job stress effectively and interact positively with both guests and coworkers.
CEC Entertainment is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity in all forms, ensuring that applicants are not discriminated against based on race, ancestry, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, veteran status, or any other protected classification by federal, state, or local law. This commitment to inclusion supports a workplace where all employees can thrive and contribute fully to the company’s mission of delivering exceptional family experiences.
