The Party Hosts play a crucial role in elevating every event by ensuring that all guests, especially the birthday child, have an unforgettable experience. This role involves preparing party areas, setting up tables, taking orders, attending to guests, and keeping the energy high throughout the celebration. The position offers unique commission opportunities on Membership and Fun Pass sales, with varying commission potentials based on exempt or non-exempt status, paid out bi-weekly.
