Chuck E. Cheese is more than just a place to eat and play; it is where a kid can truly be a kid. The role offers a unique compensation structure with commission potential based on memberships and Fun Pass sales, paid out bi-weekly. Additionally, Chuck E. Cheese provides a "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program giving employees access to earned wages without waiting for traditional pay cycles. This innovative pay system exemplifies CEC's dedication to supporting its employees.
CEC Entertainment provides a comprehensive benefits package tailored to both part-time and full-time employees. Benefits include telemedicine, early wage access, a 401(k) retirement plan, meal discounts, employee assistance programs, tuition savings, scholarships, and financial relief resources. The company also ensures reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions. Overall, CEC Entertainment offers a workplace where employees can thrive in a fun, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere while delivering exceptional family entertainment.
