About the Role: CEC Entertainment is now hiring Party Hosts, a dynamic role designed to make every event memorable and enjoyable. Party Hosts are responsible for preparing party areas by setting up tables, taking orders, attending to guests, and ensuring the birthday child has an unforgettable experience. This position empowers employees to provide excellent customer service through cross-training in various functions, which allows for personal and professional growth. The company encourages internal promotions, with over 60% of managers promoted from within.

The role offers attractive hourly compensation ranging from $16.90 to $17.90, along with commission opportunities for both exempt and non-exempt employees based on memberships and Fun Pass sales. Party Hosts should be energetic, enthusiastic, and possess excellent customer service skills. The role requires the ability to lift or carry items weighing up to 50 pounds and to engage in physical activities such as standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, walking, and squatting throughout the shift. The work environment is lively, with flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises, creating a vibrant atmosphere that adds to the fun.
