They are responsible for preparing party areas, setting up tables, taking orders, attending to guests, and ensuring that the birthday child and party attendees have a fantastic time. This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $16.90 to $17.90, supplemented by commission opportunities on memberships and Fun Pass sales. The commission varies for exempt and non-exempt employees and is paid out bi-weekly. Party Hosts also benefit from the "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, giving access to earned wages quickly without having to wait for traditional pay cycles.

Ideal candidates for the Party Host role are at least 16 years old, possess excellent customer service skills, and are available for various shifts. The job is physically active, requiring the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk, and squat during their shifts. In addition to routine duties, Party Hosts must be able to manage job-related stress and maintain positive interactions with guests and coworkers. The working environment includes exposure to flashing and flickering lights, mechanical parts, and loud noises, reflecting the lively and interactive nature of the family entertainment setting.
