The role of Party Host at Chuck E. Cheese is designed to bring high energy and excitement to birthday celebrations and family events. This role offers flexible scheduling to accommodate different shifts and includes participation in the “Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow” program, enabling employees to access earned wages without waiting for the traditional paycheck cycle. The compensation for Party Hosts includes commission opportunities based on membership and Fun Pass sales, paid bi-weekly. For exempt employees, commissions can range from $0.50 to $10.00 per membership sold and $0.15 to $3.00 per Fun Pass sold. For non-exempt employees, commissions range from $2.00 to $8.00 per membership and $0.60 to $2.40 per Fun Pass.
The position requires physical capability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds and to perform tasks involving standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, walking, and squatting. The work environment is vibrant but sometimes loud, with flashing lights and moving mechanical parts. Adaptability to handle job stress and effective interaction with guests and coworkers are essential. CEC Entertainment fosters diversity and inclusion, providing reasonable accommodations to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
The company offers a comprehensive benefits package tailored to support employees nationwide. All employees benefit from telemedicine access, early wage access, a 401(k) retirement plan, employee meal discounts, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), tuition savings and scholarships, and financial relief resources. Part-time employees may opt into fixed indemnity medical coverage, dental and vision plans, as well as voluntary life and short-term disability benefits. Full-time employees, defined as averaging 29.5 or more hours per week, are eligible for extensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid sick and vacation time, paid holidays (where applicable), FSA/HSA options, life and disability insurance, legal coverage, and additional educational and student loan support. CEC Entertainment adheres to state and local compliance, including paid sick leave where required.
