Duties include setting up party areas, taking orders, attending to guests, and making sure the birthday child has an unforgettable experience. The position involves working various shifts and requires excellent customer service skills, an energetic and enthusiastic personality, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform activities such as standing, bending, kneeling, and walking during shifts. The work environment features flashing and flickering lights, mechanical parts, and loud noises.
