The company is now hiring Party Hosts to join their dynamic team. Party Hosts play a crucial role in driving the fun and excitement during birthday parties and other special events at Chuck E. Cheese. Responsibilities include preparing the party area by setting up tables, taking orders, attending to guests, and ensuring the birthday child has an unforgettable experience. This role is ideal for individuals with an energetic and enthusiastic personality who enjoy customer service and working in a lively environment. Party Hosts are empowered to deliver outstanding service by cross-training in various positions, creating opportunities for growth within the company. Over 60% of CEC managers were promoted from within, highlighting the company's commitment to career advancement.

This position offers the unique "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, providing access to earned wages on a daily basis, which supports financial flexibility for employees. Commission opportunities are available for both exempt and non-exempt employees based on sales performance, with commissions paid bi-weekly unless state law requires otherwise. Party Hosts must be at least 16 years old and available to work various shifts. The role requires physical abilities such as lifting objects up to 50 pounds, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing/pulling, walking, and squatting during shifts. The work environment includes elements like flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises, and the ability to handle job stress while interacting effectively with guests and coworkers is essential.

  • Coordinate with team members to deliver excellent customer service
