The Party Host plays a crucial role in making every event memorable by preparing the party area, setting up tables, taking orders, attending to guests, and ensuring that the birthday child and guests have an exceptional experience. This role is ideal for individuals who are energetic and enthusiastic with excellent customer service skills, enjoy working with children and families, and thrive in a lively, fast-paced atmosphere.

The position offers a competitive pay structure with commission potential that varies based on classification: exempt employees can earn between $0.50 to $10.00 per membership sold and $0.15 to $3.00 per Fun Pass sold, while non-exempt employees have commission potentials ranging from $2.00 to $8.00 for memberships and $0.60 to $2.40 for Fun Passes. Commissions are paid out bi-weekly unless state law requires otherwise. Additionally, Chuck E. Cheese supports employees with its innovative "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, enabling staff to access earned wages without waiting for the traditional paycheck cycle.

The work environment includes various physical activities like standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds. It features interactive elements such as flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises, requiring hosts to be physically fit and able to maintain a fun and safe environment.
