Compensation for this role ranges from $16.90 to $17.90 hourly, with additional commission opportunities. Exempt employees can earn commissions from $0.50 to $10.00 for each membership sold and from $0.15 to $3.00 for each Fun Pass sold, while non-exempt employees have the potential to earn $2.00 to $8.00 per membership and $0.60 to $2.40 per Fun Pass, paid out bi-weekly. This position requires a physically active work environment, including the ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds, stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk, and squat during shifts.
