Non-exempt employees can earn commissions between $2.00 and $8.00 for each membership sold and $0.60 to $2.40 for each Fun Pass sold. Exempt employees have commission potentials from $0.50 to $10.00 per membership and $0.15 to $3.00 for each Fun Pass, paid bi-weekly.
