The Party Host role at Chuck E. Cheese is an exciting opportunity to be part of this dynamic environment focused on delivering exceptional experience during kids' parties. Party Hosts play a crucial part in setting up and managing party areas, attending to guests, taking orders, and ensuring every birthday event is memorable and fun, especially for the birthday child. This position demands an energetic and enthusiastic personality, excellent customer service skills, and flexibility to work various shifts. The compensation for this position ranges from $15.00 to $16.00 per hour and includes commission opportunities based on membership and fun pass sales, paid bi-weekly. Job Requirements

  • be at least 16 years of age
  • available to work various shifts including nights and weekends
  • ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
  • ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk and squat during shifts
  • ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others
  • willingness to work in an environment with flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • prior experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus

Job Duties

  • prepare the party area by setting up tables
  • take guest orders and attend to their needs during the party
  • ensure the birthday child has a memorable and fun experience
  • manage and coordinate party activities
  • maintain cleanliness and safety of the party space
  • interact positively and effectively with guests and co-workers
  • assist with sales of memberships and fun passes
