Job Requirements
- be at least 16 years of age
- available to work various shifts including nights and weekends
- ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
- ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk and squat during shifts
- ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others
- willingness to work in an environment with flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- prior experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
Job Duties
- prepare the party area by setting up tables
- take guest orders and attend to their needs during the party
- ensure the birthday child has a memorable and fun experience
- manage and coordinate party activities
- maintain cleanliness and safety of the party space
- interact positively and effectively with guests and co-workers
- assist with sales of memberships and fun passes
