This role offers an appealing compensation structure with commission potential based on sales of memberships and Fun Passes. Non-exempt employees can earn between $2.00 and $8.00 for each membership sold and $0.60 to $2.40 for each Fun Pass sold, while exempt employees have a commission potential ranging from $0.50 to $10.00 per membership and $0.15 to $3.00 per Fun Pass. Full-time employees working an average of 29.5 hours or more per week are eligible for extensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid sick and vacation time, paid holidays, FSA/HSA options, disability insurance, voluntary benefits, legal coverage, and additional education and student loan support.
