Party Hosts are responsible for preparing the party area, setting up tables, taking orders, attending to guests, and ensuring that the birthday child’s special day is filled with fun and joy. This role offers an appealing compensation structure with commission potential based on sales of memberships and Fun Passes. Non-exempt employees can earn between $2.00 and $8.00 for each membership sold and $0.60 to $2.40 for each Fun Pass sold, while exempt employees have a commission potential ranging from $0.50 to $10.00 per membership and $0.15 to $3.00 per Fun Pass. Commissions are paid out bi-weekly, ensuring timely rewards for employees’ efforts.
