Party Hosts are responsible for preparing party areas, taking orders, attending to guests, and ensuring the birthday child enjoys an unforgettable celebration. This role requires an energetic and enthusiastic personality with excellent customer service skills, suitable for individuals who are passionate about creating memorable and engaging environments.
Compensation for this role ranges from $17.79 to $18.79 per hour, with additional commission opportunities based on sales of memberships and Fun Passes. Commissions vary for exempt and non-exempt employees, offering incentives from $0.50 up to $10 per membership and from $0.15 up to $3 per Fun Pass sold, paid out bi-weekly.
