Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Available to work various shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during shifts
- Ability to interact effectively with guests and coworkers in a loud and busy environment
- Compliance with background checks if required
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is beneficial
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and handle job stress effectively
Job Duties
- Prepare the party area by setting up tables
- Take orders from guests during events
- Attend to the guests' needs promptly
- Ensure the birthday child has a memorable and fun experience
- Maintain a clean and safe party environment
- Promote memberships and fun passes to guests
- Support co-workers and management as needed
