Job Requirements
- be at least 16 years of age
- available to work various shifts
- excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
- ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
- ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others
- willingness to work in an environment with flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality advantageous
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to engage with children and families enthusiastically
- dependable and punctual
- ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- prepare the party area by setting up tables
- take orders from guests
- attend to guests and provide exceptional customer service
- ensure the birthday child has a fun and memorable experience
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the party space
- assist with managing party activities and entertainment
- collaborate with team members to support event flow
