Job Requirements
- be at least 16 years of age
- available to work various shifts
- excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shifts
- ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers

- prior customer service experience advantageous

Job Duties
- prepare the party area by setting up tables
- take orders from guests
- attend to party guests to ensure a great experience
- engage with the birthday child to make their celebration memorable
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the party area
- provide excellent customer service throughout the event
- assist with party setup and breakdown
