Working as a Party Host at Chuck E. Cheese includes an active work environment where physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks such as standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, walking, and squatting is necessary. The environment is vibrant and busy, with flashing lights, mechanical parts, and loud noises, contributing to the dynamic atmosphere. The company prioritizes safety, health, and sanitation with rigorous standards to protect both employees and guests. CEC Entertainment places a high value on diversity and inclusion, ensuring equal employment opportunities regardless of race, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, and other protected classes under federal, state, or local laws.

CEC Entertainment offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees at every stage of their career. All employees have access to telemedicine, early wage access, a 401(k) retirement plan, employee meal discounts, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), tuition savings, scholarships, and financial relief resources. Part-time employees may enroll in fixed indemnity medical coverage as well as dental, vision, and voluntary life and short-term disability benefits. Full-time employees averaging 29.5+ hours per week are eligible for an extensive suite of benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid sick and vacation time, paid holidays (where applicable), Flexible Spending Account (FSA)/Health Savings Account (HSA) options, life and disability insurance, voluntary benefits, legal coverage, and additional education and student loan support.
