This particular role is for a Party Host at Chuck E. Cheese. Party Hosts play a vital part in elevating the experience of special events, ensuring that every birthday or celebration is vibrant, well-organized, and full of joy. The position offers hourly pay ranging from $11.00 to $15.13, along with commission potential varying by exempt and non-exempt status for each membership and Fun Pass sold. The company offers a unique 'Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow' program, which provides employees access to their earned wages more quickly than traditional pay cycles, supporting financial wellbeing.
As a Party Host, the employee’s responsibilities revolve around preparing party areas, setting up tables, taking orders, and attentively serving guests with an enthusiastic and energetic approach. Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Capability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk, and squat for extended periods
- Ability to handle job stress and effectively interact with guests and coworkers
- Willingness to work in an environment with flashing lights, mechanical noise, and moving parts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality roles beneficial
