Job Requirements
- be at least 16 years of age
- available to work various shifts
- excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shift
- able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
- able to handle job stress and interact effectively with others including guests and coworkers
- able to work in an environment with flashing lights, mechanical parts, and loud noises
Job Qualifications
- be at least 16 years of age

- demonstrate ability to work various shifts

- previous experience in customer-facing roles is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- prepare the party area by setting up tables
- take orders from guests
- attend to guests throughout the event
- ensure the birthday child has a memorable experience
- engage guests with enthusiasm and excellent customer service
- handle basic physical tasks such as lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds
- maintain a safe and enjoyable environment during parties
