Job Requirements
- be at least 15 years of age
- available to work various shifts
- excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shift
- must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
- ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers
- tolerance for work environment involving flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises
Job Qualifications
- be at least 15 years of age
- possess excellent customer service skills
- demonstrate an energetic and enthusiastic personality
- ability to work various shifts
- prior experience in customer service (preferred but not required)
- strong communication skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- prepare the party area by setting up tables and decorations
- take orders and attend to guest needs during parties
- ensure the birthday child has a blast by engaging in party activities
- maintain cleanliness and readiness of the party spaces
- interact with guests to provide excellent customer service
- handle multiple tasks efficiently during events
- follow health and safety guidelines throughout the shift
