Party Hosts are responsible for preparing and decorating party areas, managing orders, attending to guests, and ensuring that the birthday child has a magical experience. Employees in this position enjoy commission-based pay with potential earnings ranging from $0.50 to $10.00 for memberships and $0.15 to $3.00 for Fun Passes for exempt employees, and higher commission rates for non-exempt employees, paid bi-weekly. Party Host candidates must be at least 15 years old and demonstrate availability for various shifts, an energetic and enthusiastic personality, and excellent customer service skills. The physical nature of the job requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to perform activities such as standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, walking, and squatting. The work environment includes exposure to flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises, and employees must be able to handle job-related stress while maintaining effective interactions with guests and coworkers.
